I represent my clients in all suits pending at Court commercial divisions as well as in bankruptcy and registration cases and before any authority. I take part in negotiations aimed at extrajudicial settlement of disputes, including negotiations with banks. I prepare draft contracts, manage cases regarding establishment and transformation of companies and their dissolution and settlement. I have great experience in managing cases of unfair competition and business secrecy breach. I deal with claims for damages and contractual penalties in respect of failure of improper performance of any type of contracts and agreements in business trading, including construction contracts and other investment contracts.
