I represent my clients in all employee cases related to employment within the country and abroad. I deal with matters of unfair employment termination. I help my clients to acquire, if there is unfair termination of employment, reinstatement or claims for unfair termination and correction of employment record.
I manage affairs regarding claiming remuneration from employer in respect of overtime hours and work on public holidays. I represent my clients in cases regarding claims in respect of accidents at work including arrangements that an accident at work occurred. I also deal with breaches of business secrecy.
